Science

Since we study science in the world around us, check out the snake that we saw lurking about in our grass.  Don't worry.  The snake was friendly.  Now it's time for you to attempt to identify the snake we saw in the grass.  Please let your teacher know your guess for both the scientific name (i.e.Rhinocheilus lecontei) and the common name (i.e. Long Nosed Snake).

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTIFICATION:
No students should go anywhere near a snake.  If you see one, walk away from it and be sure you promptly report it to your teacher or the front office.  Mr. Kennedy will come to take care of it.  Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe at school.
